Philip Paul Kelly is set to appear in a staged reading of the musical “The Golden Threshold.” The actor will be playing the part of “The Viceroy of The British Raj” in the September workshop at the Bingham Camp in Salem, Connecticut in association with Live & In Color Theatre.
