Philip Paul Kelly appears in Diabla Productions/Restless Cinema’s new short, “LIFT – JJ’s Story.” The sci-fi thriller premiered last Monday evening (April 23, 2018) at the Actor’s Green Room “Monthly Short Film Challenge” event in New York.  The film stars Raymond Lopez, Elizabeth Owens, Joe Naples and Molly Gazay who directed the film.
