Philip Paul Kelly appears in Diabla Productions/Restless Cinema’s new short, “LIFT – JJ’s Story.” The sci-fi thriller premiered last Monday evening (April 23, 2018) at the Actor’s Green Room “Monthly Short Film Challenge” event in New York.
