Philip Paul Kelly is set to appear in a staged reading of the musical “The Golden Threshold.” The actor will be playing the part of “The Viceroy of The British Raj” in the September workshop at the Bingham Camp in Salem, Connecticut in association with Live & In Color Theatre. Cheeyang Ng & Eric Sorrels wrote the musical set in 1930’s India and follows the story of a poet named Maya, during India’s quest for independence from British rule. The late, great Ivan Koloff inspired million of wrestling fans, and now he is serving as inspiration for a musical. Singer/actor Philip Paul Kelly is working on Rockquiem For a Wrestler, a dramatic parody inspired by Koloff’s life.
